Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the FitKrew mobile application ("App") operated by FitKrew ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FitKrew, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FitKrew is a fitness tracking and social application that allows users to log workouts, track progress, create and join workout groups, participate in shared training sessions, and engage with a fitness-focused social feed.

3. Account Registration

To use FitKrew, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

FitKrew offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (workout data, comments, photos). By posting content to social features, you grant FitKrew a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content within the App to other users according to your privacy settings.

You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or threatening
• Harassing, abusive, or discriminatory
• Spam or misleading
• Infringing on others' intellectual property

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the App

7. Health Disclaimer

FitKrew is not a medical service. The App provides fitness tracking tools and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. You use FitKrew at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitKrew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, personal injury, or damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FitKrew operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
